Returns & Refunds


We know returns need to happen occasionally and do our best to provide a hassle-free return experience. Please note that returns can only be made for unused, unwashed, tagged merchandise in original condition. We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of delivery to you. Any returns received after 30 days will receive store credit. We do not accept returns after 30 days. To be an eligible return, the item must be unused and have original tags attached. Any problem with the product selected by the customer (no longer interested, not satisfied with the size, error not caused by the seller, etc.) will not be refunded. Case of replacement: 1. In case the product is not the right size due to the seller, it will be replaced free of charge. 2. In case the product ordered by the customer has an inappropriate size and wants to be replaced, we will support 50% of the value of the item that the customer wants to exchange.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • If merchandise arrived damaged or has a quality issue, please contact Customer Care before returning at +1 208-544-8901.
  • If you are returning a gift (aww, someone was thinking of you!) please include their name and whether you wish to receive an online credit (please provide your email) or to refund the purchaser.
  • If packing slip or order confirmation number is not available, please provide your name and contact information on a piece of paper with your return.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return.
  • Current Season merchandise is returnable for a full refund of the purchase price to the original form of payment used.
  • Discounted items from are returnable for online credit only, for the original purchase price of the item for use on a future purchase at
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Please consider using a traceable form of delivery.
  • You may also get return label by contacting our customer service team or else you cannot return your package.
  • We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) returns
  • We cannot accept returns for worn, soiled, or washed merchandise.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges.
  • No returns will be accepted for Final Sale items as noted at time of purchase.


Exchanges may be made on items returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Exchange orders are shipped at no expense to you.

  • Exchanges may be made for same item in a different size or for another style/item. If placing an exchange for another style/item, the current selling price of the new item will be deducted from your refund/credit. If the new item is more expensive than the item being returned, we will contact you for payment due *Do not include credit card information with your request.
  • Detach & complete the bottom potion of your packing slip including your contact info, and the item/s you wish to exchange for, include size and color.

In a hurry? You can expedite your exchange by placing a new order with Customer Care by calling +1 208-544-8901 before sending back the item you wish to return.

  • We will process the new order, waiving shipping fees and charging your credit card.
  • Your return will be processed and refunded separately within 2-3 weeks after it is received.


After receiving your returned package we will immediately issue your refund and please expect your refund to be arrived in your account in 24 hours, we will also inform you when we made the refund.
